Barbacoa is a slow cooked shredded choice beef with a traditional blend of Mexican spices
(C) CARNITAS
Carnitas is a slow cooked and shredded pork
(D) DISCADA
Discada is a mix of meats including steak, chicken, bacon, ham, sausage and Mexican chorizo, seasoned with onion, tomato and peppers.
